Open Positions
We are hiring across 5 departments. Find the role that fits your skills and ambition.
Build and ship features across the Praethos platform. You'll work with Next.js 15+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and our AI pipeline. Experience with complex SaaS applications and real-time data systems preferred.
Design and train industry-specific AI models for predictive analytics, NLP, and workflow automation. You'll build the intelligence layer that makes Praethos platforms smarter with every deployment.
Own the roadmap for our trade industry platforms (Solar, Roofing, Electrical, Mechanical). Requires deep empathy for field operations and the ability to translate complex workflows into elegant product experiences.
Design user experiences for complex operational platforms that feel simple and powerful. You'll create interfaces used daily by contractors, attorneys, and business operators. Experience with enterprise UX and design systems required.
Architect the LegalEdge platform from deep industry knowledge. Requires understanding of legal practice workflows, IOLTA accounting, court systems, and compliance requirements. Legal tech or law firm operations experience strongly preferred.
Build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps Praethos platforms running at 99.99% uptime. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline expertise required. You'll own our deployment, monitoring, and incident response systems.
Create clear, comprehensive documentation for every Praethos platform — API references, user guides, integration docs, and knowledge base articles. Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical audiences is essential.
